My husband and I finally got to try this place, after being turned away at the door on Mother’s Day (crazy busy). The bartender, Cindy, was also the waitress, and she was literally doing it all…and doing it very well. Being first timers, she was helpful with making suggestions.  Everything we ordered was delicious!  We ordered a lot of things because a)we were hungry, and b)so many things sounded so good.  Our server was so attentive, and we didn’t feel rushed at all.We will be going back…just not ever again on Mother’s Day.

We were in last Saturday night and it was just great! Our waitress Lori was amazing! She was fun and professional. We never had to wait and she was extremely attentive to us. The food was delicious and the entire night was fantastic! We will definetly return and have told many friends about your restaurant. Thank you and especially thank you to Lori our waitress!

I heard about this little restaurant from a friend. I wasn’t expecting much but what a surprise! A great martini menu, good food and nice, clean dining room. This isn’t 5 star dining, it’s good food and great service at bargain prices. We went for an early dinner and it wasn’t noisy at all. Good for a couple or family dining. I love a bargain and you can’t beat this place for a value. No dinners are over $20, my wife’s dinner was $9.95. Cheap martinis but they were great! I’m sorry I can’t remember the waitress’ name but she was terrific. This is the best restaurant find I’ve visited in a year. You can dine here , have a great time and not spend a lot of money.

We heard about this place from a friend who lives in Burriville who goes there often. Well, we took the ride from Foster and were glad we did. The specials are on a wall size blackboard along with appys and desserts of the day. The walls are covered with picrtures from local artist, pretty cool, anyway I tried the pinapple bacon wrapped shrimp appitizer, very good. For dinner I ordered the veal carbonnara and my husband got the grilled sirloin wrapped in proscuttio, both were incredible and hubby said best tasting steak he’s had. We will be back with our friends this weekend for sure and I hope the Waterfall (new owners) do well. Try it out , it’s a neat place, has a nice bar also.

From the moment you step through the doors and are greeted by the friendly owners or their family, you will enjoy this little cafe. The food and drinks are great and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is special. I love walking around and checking out all the art on the walls by local artist. They have great specials, whether you want to get dinner and go to a show across the street, or a specialty drink on ladies night, this little place is a gem in Harrisville, RI. The owners have remodeled and revised their menu during their first year and a half, and all their hard work is paying off. They offer a little something for everyone…

Revisited last night and it’s still a solid two!  Himself had the fish and chips (whale and chips more like it by size) and I had the chicken-broccoli grilled pizza.  Two yums up!  Already planning on returning again, this time gonna make sure his sis and bro-in-law come too.  Need to let more people know about this great place.

  • 4/3/2012I wanted to try something different last night.  Told Sainted Husband we needed to find a new place to try; after about half an hour of us each checking on-line I said “I found this place in RI on yelp” just as he was looking at the same reviews.  It was destiny!  By the time we got to Waterfall Cafe the only people there were the employees and a drinker or two at the bar.  They were closing in about a half hour but the hostess said “no problem”.  We were never made to hurry, never felt like we were in the way, didn’t feel rushed during our soup or appetizer or entree.  What wonderful service!

The food was every bit as good as the experience.  He had the Chicken and Sausage, I had the Chicken Piccata.  Both were very tasty and VERY generous.  We brought half of each home; bonus dinner later in the week!  Wish we had time for dessert as their selections looked both unique and yummy.

Will definitely return again.  Perhaps for sandwiches on the picnic tables outside so we can watch and hear the waterfall across the street. Great for a relaxing Sunday afternoon lunch. I would recommend this place to anyone.

BIG PORTIONS!  Wide selection…  Something for everyone!  Chocolate lava cake was the best!  Was served hot!  Unique was the wall painted as a chalkboard with the specials on it…  All photos on walls have prices.  Unique place!  Glad I found it.  Oh, and bathroom was nicely painted with nice mood lighting and smelled GREAT!  : )

My wife and I had a great meal here last Sunday 6/17/12. They started us off with delicious Italian bread and oil for dipping. I had an eggplant sandwich and she had a meatball sandwich. The meatballs are awesome. The sandwiches’ came with a side of fries. The waitress was pleasant and friendly, service was fast and attentive. The place is filled with local art, something I really like to see. The price is very reasonable. They also have a long list of deserts that I was too full for. However I was tempted by the tiramisu.

My husband and I really enjoy the Waterfall Cafe.  We’ve been here for both breakfast and dinner and have not been disappointed.  The staff is courteous, friendly and prompt.  They always wear a big bright smile!

The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty!  The chalkboard wall lists daily specials which change often and offer a good variety.  I recently have the Pinco Pancakes (pineapple and coconut pancakes) which was a welcomed tropical treat!  The hubbie usually gets the corned beef hash, which he swears is the best!  We’ve never had a bad or even a mediocre meal at the Waterfall Cafe.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the walls are appointed with artwork from local artists.  You can watch the waterfall from the large windows.

It’s easy to be a regular at the Waterfall Cafe, with good food, good prices, and a friendly waitstaff that goes above and beyond!

Not a large menu, but that allows them to concentrate on doing a few things right than a lot of things wrong. While limited it is varied enough that you will find something that appeals to you. They also have daily specials, tasty desserts and a nice bar.

We stopped in for a burger a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed.
Excellent Angus burger cooked the way you ask for it.  Good price.  The place is lovely, nice ambiance, pale yellow walls with nice artistic touches.  We went last night for supper.  My meatloaf was the best I’ve ever had!  My husband adored his shrimp pasta.  We overheard the woman at the next table telling the waitress that the lasagna was amazing.  She said she would not order it anywhere else now, because nothing else is good enough.  We are planning to try everything
even though it’s a bit of a haul from Seekonk.

Had 10 people to feed today in honor of my son’s Confirmation. Waterfall put us in a private room. We were raving so much the waitress brought the chef out to meet us. Nice guy. Very talented. Under new ownership and worth rediscovering. Nice atmosphere, great price, awesome food.
